Angeles Garcia-Poveda is a senior advisor at Innesto Partners. 

Angeles Garcia-Poveda has been chairperson of the Board of Legrand since July 1, 2020. She joined the Board as an independent director in 2012 and chaired the Nominations and Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee, sat on the Strategy and CSR Committee, and has served as Lead Director since 2013.

Angeles is a senior advisor at Spencer Stuart within the Governance practice. She joined the firm in 2008 within the Paris office. After being Managing Director for France for five years, she led Spencer Stuart's EMEA region for three years, and served on the global executive committee. She served as a director on the Global Supervisory Board from 2018 to 2021. 

Angeles sits on the Board of Directors of Edenred and on the Board of Directors of Bridgepoint. She is a member of the Executive Council of MEDEF. She also sits on the Boards of Directors of IFA and NEOMA, and on the advisory board of the Climate Governance Initiative. She sat on the Board of Directors of AdVini from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Spencer Stuart, Angeles worked for fourteen years at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Madrid and Paris, as a strategy consultant, before taking on various recruitment assignments at local, international, and global level.

Angeles graduated from ICADE, NEOMA and completed the Business Case Study Program at Harvard.
