Felipe Corcuera is a partner at Innesto Partners. 

Before joining Innesto Partners, Felipe worked as Vice President at Relay Investments, a best-in-class US search fund institutional investor. At Relay Felipe was the European investor group representative in transactions in France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Portugal. During his time at Relay Investments, Felipe reviewed and interviewed 350 search funds and backed 53, evaluated 145 acquisitions, and invested in 42 companies (16 of which he led). Felipe sat on the Boards of five of the acquired companies, one of which is an education software company in France. 

Felipe launched his own nationwide US search fund in 2021. During his search, he contacted 30,000+ companies, held 500+ calls and meetings with business owners, sent 20 purchase offers, and acquired 1 company: Beecker.ai.

Throughout his time at Relay Investments and now as a searcher CEO, Felipe has built relationships with 50+ search fund investors, 10+ top-tier business schools (participated in their search fund conferences as a session moderator and panelist), 7+ law firms, 10+ accounting firms, and 3 technology diligence providers. 

Felipe began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs & Co.

Felipe holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from ITAM University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
